Conference and Large Events - Booking Cancellation Policy
Deposit Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This will be invoiced at the time of booking.
This deposit confirms your booking and ensures the photographer's availability for your scheduled event
Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel their booking more than 90 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of any money paid minus the booking fee.
Alternatively, the deposit or any money can be transferred to a new date, subject to the photographer's availability. If Anthea is booked she may be able to have one of her team cover the event even if she is unavailable.
We will do everything we can to help make this process an easy one for you.
Cancellations Made Within 90 Days of the Event Date:
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 90 days of the event.
However, the deposit may be transferred to a new date if the photographer is available.
Rescheduling
Clients wishing to reschedule their event must provide written notice as soon as possible to hello@stillmedia.com.au
Rescheduling is subject to the photographer's availability. If the photographer is unavailable on the new date, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply.
